You can also use the credit available in your Mailocator user account for detailed validation of email addresses.
You do not need to purchase a separate type of credit for validation. The credit used for this can also be used for running the Mailocator Engage application or activating the Editor application’s monthly plan.
Using shared credit
You can use your credit:
- across all your projects in Mailocator Engage
- for detailed validation of email addresses
- to activate the Editor app’s monthly plan
Credit cannot be used for email campaigns or to run the Maileon app, which is paid for separately.
Topping up credit
You can top up your credit after logging into your Mailocator user account.
Payment can be made:
- by credit/debit card
- by bank transfer
Once the credit has been credited to your account, you will also receive the relevant tax document.
Credit validity
Credit is not intended for a single specific validation or project, and there is no time limit on its use.
After two or more years, any remaining credit may be recalculated according to the current price level. We therefore recommend topping up an amount that you expect to use within approximately 12 months.
