Sometimes the API of an integrated service doesn't work as it should. In this case, the contact and other information is not delivered to the integrated service and an error message is displayed to the client.
The Mailocator has a built-in backup solution where in case of an integrated service failure or critical error it can automatically save the information to Mailocator Storage and check-in the client as if no error had occurred.
All data can be imported the moment the service is available again.
How to enable backup in the event of an outage
Go to Settings and select the Integration tab.
Activate the options for data backup
