If the page content is inactive even in places where there is no object (pop-up, notifications...) and the page content cannot be clicked on or the text cannot be marked, the fullscreen view is usually selected.
Change the view
- In the Campaign Scenario, click on Display
- Set the Display Mode to the desired value
Display modes

fullscreen | Overlays the window background over the entire screen, which will not be active |
sticker | Stick the window to the desired location on the screen and leave the rest of the page content active |
embed | Paste the window directly from the page content to the desired location |
