Applying campaign filters to CTAs

The CTA can be displayed based on the collapse action, which means that the campaign closes when the cross is clicked without a conversion being made (e.g., without sending an email in a subscribe campaign). In this case, the campaign is minimized to a CTA, which remains on the page as an option to reopen the campaign at any time.

If the CTA is displayed in this way, it remains active and is also displayed on all subsequent pages until the user opens or closes it completely.

How it works when applying filters

When the Apply campaign filters to CTA option is enabled, the CTA is only displayed if the parent campaign filters are met. If the filter conditions no longer apply, the CTA will not be displayed.

We usually recommend keeping this option enabled, as it ensures consistent and targeted CTA behavior. However, for very important campaigns where conversion is a priority, it may make sense to disable this option and keep the CTA visible even outside the original filters.
