A converted user is any visitor who has already identified themselves via Mailocator-typically by submitting a form, subscribing to a newsletter, or in some other way that allows for reliable recognition.
Campaign conversion is the fulfillment of a conversion goal that you set yourself. This can be signing up for a newsletter, opening a specific page, clicking on an important element, or any action that you designate as valuable.
Conversion is permanent – time in Mailocator does not matter. Once a user is converted or a campaign meets its conversion goal, it remains valid forever.
This allows you to precisely control who sees your campaigns and avoid repeated displays to those who have already performed the desired action.
